Php Expert – Need Panel For Clients/admin

1) Admin panel to manage(add, edit, delete) the details of the clients.

Smarty Php Cart – Ajax Not Loading

Hi,

I have a php/smarty shopping cart that has a one-page checkout using Ajax. The Ajax buttons aren’t working properly when going from one step to the next – when you click the “Continue” button the page just says “Loading”.

The one-page checkout only works if the page is refreshed using the F5 button.

Need someone proficient in ajax to take a look at this please – please ask in the PMB for the url.

Dynamic Menu Select Jquery Php And Mysql

Hello,

I need a dynamic menu select based on AJAX(Jquery), PHP and Mysql. The required functionality is like this : (see the image attached)

1.- User select a main category of products on the first menu-select.

2.- AJAX automatically returns the list of subcategories in the second menu-select.

3.- Finally, based on the category or subcategorie selection the script has to show the thumbnails of the products in a carrusel and let the user pick a product.

** It will be nice that the script give us the oportunity to show a logo (on the thumbnail section) while the user is moving from the category or subcategories(just this functionality could be static, I mean directly on javascript or something to take a little bit control of the aestethics )**

Ajax Questionnaire (11 Questions)

I need a Javascript (AJAX) questionnaire to run inside a Drupal article. The questionnaire would determine the user next action based on some simple questions (1 string, 1 integer, 9 binary). I would like the answer to be shown automatically without the need to reload the page.
It will be published in a Drupal 7 site as an article/story, so it should be compatible with that.

The questionnaire is that:

email ? [string]
age ? [integer]
hypertension ? [yes/no]
coronary artery disease ? [yes/no]
smoking ? [yes/no]
hyperlipidemia ? [yes/no]

If age >= 65 and “yes” to 3 risk factor then “need to do screening exam”

Head and neck cancer treated with irradiation ? [yes/no]

if “yes” then “need to do screening exam”

Did you had a stroke ? [yes/no]
Did you had a retinal artery ischemic event ? [yes/no]
have you already been carotid operated ? [yes/no]
Do you have peripheral vascular disease symptomatic ? [yes/no]

So there are to end possibilities:
