I need an iPad electronic catalog app that will allow customers to place orders. Needs to have the ability to update catalog through a webservice that we will create on our end.
I have existing app that i have coded. The app takes a users report from GPS and submits said report to map. Then the user can view reports from other users anywhere in the world.
I need to add push notifications to the app, so when a new report is submitted all of the users are notified of report. I would like to discuss the ease of adding a geofence to reports as well so users can get proximity notifications too

It will be published in a Drupal 7 site as an article/story, so it should be compatible with that.

We need an Windows app for (HTC phones)to be developed having certain features:
1. Importing user details from an excel file to database
2. Admin will assign users to agents to verify users details by visiting them
3. Agents will be carrying HTC windows phones along with them when visiting users
4. They will fill all incomplete information (address, pictures, location map etc) after logging in to their account.
5. In case of GPRS not working app should save all data offline and should be exported as excel format and synchronized all data to backend system when they come back to office.
6. App should be secure enough not to be misused and should be registered using IMEI number. Better ideas needed on licensing & registration.
