Integrate Elements From Different Blogger Templates Into One

Hi!

I want a blogger template that integrates specific elements from different blogger templates, and add some new ones:

This is what I mean:
- It should have “popular posts” widget like in this template: http://instinct-pbt.blogspot.com/
- It should have 2 columns with right sidebar
- It should have an upper section like http://petra-besttheme.blogspot.com (you see the part where there are “Quisque fermentum”, “What we do”, “About Us”) with three cute icons. My logo then should come ri…
