Two Way Rsync Synchronization & Dns Round Robin Setup

I require the configuration of two servers to sync dynamic content (database driven) so that there is a mirror of a single site running on two servers at all times. In addition, I would like DNS round robin to be set up.

I’m open to other suggestions of ways to achieve this, the ultimate goal is to create reliable uptime, balance services and to ensure a back-up is always available.
