I have a need to be able to adjust the BIN price of fixed price eBay listings based on the buyers state that is viewing the listing. Im envisioning a list with all of the states on it and I should be able to input percentages to increase the buy it now price for each state separately. I received an email from ebay partner network that says they are transitioning from rss1 to rss2. They asked me to update my website with rss2, otherwise my website will go out of service on the 30th of May 2012. I am posting the mail they sent to me below, so you can understand my request.
