Simple project: I need a tab/landing page on a Facebook fan page that once a user clicks “like” (or if they have already done so previously) goes to a secondary page with a form with 2 fields (Name, email). The user fills out this form, it send us the info via email, and then they go to the next page. This page gives them the option to suggest our page to their Facebook friends (or skip it if they choose) Once they suggest or skip, it goes to the last page with text
Landing page (if liked already, shows second page)>Second page with form>Third Page suggest to friends or skip>Final page text
("Favorite") to return to it later.
