Simple project.

I need our webform to switch over over to be a mobile ready form when detected on a mobile phone.

I have a simple form with name, second name, email, phone number, state, select the fruit you are interested in.

There is a drop down box in the form //select the fruit you are interested in// it has 3 options

i need on pressing submit
if they select oranges go to oranges.php

Php Form Debug

I have a form located at www.ipdatasystems.com/careers.php. The form is supposed allow for an upload of a resume however, when I try, I get errors and no email is sent. Please see the attached screenshot showing the errors. I need someone to fix this so that it works properly.

Add Objects To Database Through A Form With Login

I want to be able to objects to a database through a form. A user should be able to access the form after creating an account and is logged in.

Example:

I have a table with restaurants and one with meals. A user should be able to add their restaurant and than add meals, but just to their restaurant. They must not be able to edit other restaurants meals.

I need a adjustable optinn form. I need to be able to use is for many email addresses as this will be placed on a capture page. The form needs to be flexible and I should be able to change the colors and adjust it to any leads page. the form must have input of mane, email country and phone number. I know I can get this form from Awebber and many more optin providers. But I want my own that is flexible and I can put in any email so mu team will get this to.

Database Form / Field Issues

I have the “Events” theme from Templatic, and some glitches with the event editing section.

When a user submits an event, they can upload a logo for their organization. This works fine, however if later the user “edits” the event … the field doesnt carry over the value for the logo and registers as nothing when they save it. Forcing them to remember to have to re-upload the logo each time they make an edit.

Need this fixed.

Another issue … the category selections work when submitting an event. They also keep the category setting when “editing” an event. No problem there … BUT … if they submit an event, and then preview … then go “back” to make changes … the category resets itself forcing the user to remember to have to re-select the category if they make changes.

Need this fixed.
