Single Html Page For Ipad/iphone

I want to have a single webpage which will represent each month’s iPhone and iPad TOP games. Means that every month I will change the top games by hands via HTML. I need only single page, but must be easy to edit via HTML.

The most important part is DESIGN. It must be very modern, stylish and supper attractive. Here’s an example so you know what design I like – www.taptaptap.com. It should also have a 720×90 banner.

I have an HTML template that needs to be coded modified to look like the updated PSD files. I’ve attached a zip file that contains the PSD templates and the current html template files.

Convert the attached PSD files to valid HTML5/CSS3 files with appropriate image conversions and jQuery based javascript UI enhancements, as detailed below.

Requirements:
- HTML5/CSS3
- Must work in IE8+, Chrome, FF, Safari
- W3c validited HTML & CSS
- Design needs to be tableless (except for tabular data where representation comes naturally as html table (see section marked with no 4.)
- No inline CSS (should be referenced as separate file)
- CSS needs to make appropriate use of cascading styles
- CSS should have styles for ul/ol lists, h1-h4 headers, forms, blockquote, comment, etc.

I need a Javascript (AJAX) questionnaire to run inside a Drupal article. The questionnaire would determine the user next action based on some simple questions (1 string, 1 integer, 9 binary). I would like the answer to be shown automatically without the need to reload the page.
It will be published in a Drupal 7 site as an article/story, so it should be compatible with that.
