Object Oriented Php Expert For Evaluating Php Scripts

I need an object oriented php expert to evaluate some php scripts for 8 hours so your bid should be for that amount of time.

This is the first project of a series depending on how it will go.

The project may be awarded to more than one person and the best one(s) would be invited to the next projects.

The project is to evaluate/install/test php script(s) and give some reports at the end. Here what the report would contain:

Dependability (resources, transactions, data integrity).

Supports standard formats.

Incorporates configurable affiliate areas.

Ajax Questionnaire (11 Questions)

I need a Javascript (AJAX) questionnaire to run inside a Drupal article. The questionnaire would determine the user next action based on some simple questions (1 string, 1 integer, 9 binary). I would like the answer to be shown automatically without the need to reload the page.
It will be published in a Drupal 7 site as an article/story, so it should be compatible with that.

The questionnaire is that:

email ? [string]
age ? [integer]
hypertension ? [yes/no]
coronary artery disease ? [yes/no]
smoking ? [yes/no]
hyperlipidemia ? [yes/no]

If age >= 65 and “yes” to 3 risk factor then “need to do screening exam”

Head and neck cancer treated with irradiation ? [yes/no]

if “yes” then “need to do screening exam”

Did you had a stroke ? [yes/no]
Did you had a retinal artery ischemic event ? [yes/no]
have you already been carotid operated ? [yes/no]
Do you have peripheral vascular disease symptomatic ? [yes/no]

if “yes” then “need to do screening exam”

If does not get “need to do screening exam” then “Do not need to do screening exam”

So there are to end possibilities:
“need to do screening exam”
and
“Do not need to do screening exam”

Each one will have a different explanation text that should be shown (in HTML)

The email should be added to my MailChimp email list account. I use mailchimp plugin (http://drupal.org/project/mailchimp), so the API is already integrated in drupal environment, it should be easy to add it.

Ikiclassifieds Php Script Fix

Would like to make my homepage a list of all the cities for my multi city ikiclassifieds software. I would like the customer to choose there city the minute they go to the website. I do have a couple other projects but this one needs to be done first and I want to find someone who can make it happen.

Fix Php Script – Import Magento 1.3 Coupons

We are trying to import a large amount of coupon codes to Magento using the PHP script coupons.php attached. It worked successfully, however we are only able to import Conditions and not Actions > Apply the rule only to cart items matching the following conditions (leave blank for all items).

The conditions portion we edited looks like this:

Need A Simple Php Script 2

Hi,

I am looking at a proficient PHP Coder to code a PHP Script for me.

The script will be used on an offline machine using either EasyPHP or Xamp.

Here is what the script is supposed to do.

1. On the Home Page – the following fields need to be present.
- Customer Name (Text Box)
- Customer Package – Drop Down – (Package 1, Package 2, Package 3 upto Package 6) Example Below –

- At this stage depending upon the Package Selected – it takes to a page with Customer Name at Top and below the Package selected.

- 6 Sub Entries (Sub Entry 1, Sub Entry 2, Sub Entry 3, Sub Entry 4 Sub Entry 5, Sub Entry 6)

For Package 2
- 7 Sub Entries (Sub Entry 1, Sub Entry 2, Sub Entry 3, Sub Entry 4 Sub Entry 5, Sub Entry 6)

For Package 3
- 8 Sub Entries (Sub Entry 1, Sub Entry 2, Sub Entry 3, Sub Entry 4 Sub Entry 5, Sub Entry 6)

For Package 4
- 9 Sub Entries (Sub Entry 1, Sub Entry 2, Sub Entry 3, Sub Entry 4 Sub Entry 5, Sub Entry 6)

For Package 5

Each Sub Entry will have it’s own Page, which the items included in the concerned Sub Entry – These items need to be listed and should be selectable via Tickbox besides each. Example Below –

Once the user has selected all the options in each of the Sub Entries – he should be taken to a page where all the sub entries along with the options selected should be displayed in a printable format.

You need to use terms such as “Package 1″ – “Sub Entry 1, 2, 3 etc” and “Options 1,2,3 etc.” – the remaining will be edited by my staff.

Once this package is created, it should be archived and be accessible.

Need this super urgently.

Will pay $200 for the above, once all the files are fully and completely delivered. No escrow, Part payments or any payments outside of Scriptlance.

Will require 100% clean, commented and experienced code. I am a developer myself and amateur work will be immediately caught and discarded.

Install Jquery And Java Scripts 2

I will specify 5 readymade Java/Jquery scripts from codecanyon.net that need to be installed on two sites (mirrors). Quick job for someone who know his/her stuff.
