The website must not be made by CMS, or using templates.
The website must be able to geolocalize access and propose the appropriate language version (website in three languages).

1. review the content for portugeuse and spanish and fix any grammar, spelling, and contextual errors so that it reads perfectly in spanish and brazilian portuguese

You should be a native speaker of brazilian portuguese and spanish to do this. You cant use software. I speak english, spanish and portuguese so I will know if you arent a native speaker.
