WordPress Plugin That Counts Occurrences Of Twitter Hashtags

Need a WordPress plugin that uses Twitter’s API to count occurrences of a hashtag. Because Twitter doesn’t return a total history of the hashtag, this will need to periodically count using the Twitter API and increment the number over time. It will need to display in a WordPress widget and via a shortcode.
