Rewrite Complete Website Code In Html5 And Web 2.0

I want very experienced programmer to re-write my website from scratch.
The current code is written in raw php. It has an admin pannel… I want you to use any framework and rewrite the code so that it look clean and reuse methods and organize complete code… Also create an admin pannel to contain all the new pages that were added to the code… PM me to get the website name… Than send me suggestions what you can do… In most part you can completely use current code…

Conference Website Design

Looking for a programmer to design a Conference event website. Most of the pages will be static pages eg:

-About
-Programs
-Speakers
-Hotel
-Mailing List
-Contact Us
…etc

User should be able to register/buy tickets (different options) for the conference and do check out with pay pal.

The website should also have easy CMS for me to update information. Please let me know which CMS you will be using.

As you can see, the job itself is pretty simple/straight forward, however cosmetically, it has to be appealing.

Desinger must be willing to submit atleast 3 totally different concept and mock up with unlimited changes. Designer must agree not to use this as part of his/her portfolio and will not have any link back.
