Simple Graphic Header

We have a wordpress header that we almost like. So this is not a design from scratch job. We would simply like someone with excellent web design skills to spruce it up. We like crisp, sharp image HTML – NO FLASH at all. We want Hi resolution photo style design work. We won’t need you to upload it or do anything technical.
