need a clean method of generating categories, right now the categories are terrible and need to be moved, designed with a more crisp look.

I have roughly 1,700 domain names located on a Linux server at 1and1.com. I would like to have someone who knows the server setups at GoDaddy.com take these 1,700 domain name folders along with their contents and copy them over to GoDaddy.com.
