Move Blog From Squarespace To WordPress

I have a large blog (about 120 posts including images with most posts) which I want to move from Squarespace to WordPress.

It seems easy enough to import the text, but Squarespace seems to put a code onto the end of every image URL, which has to be manually removed.

I am hoping there is an easier (quicker) way to do it. Maybe using XML?

I am hoping there is someone out there who has done this migration before and knows how to do it in the fastest and easiest way possible.

Basically, the app will feature my blog inside Facebook, and users will have to add the app to read the articles.
