I want to have a single webpage which will represent each month’s iPhone and iPad TOP games. Means that every month I will change the top games by hands via HTML. I need only single page, but must be easy to edit via HTML.

I will have to code it myself, but since Im not that good of a android developer I need help. So best way is to pay per hour. (I code it myself cause it have to be finished in mid mars, and I need full control of it)
