1) New logo for new site and fix text errors

Update Scanned Image Into Vector Format

I have a 300dpi scanned image such as attached and I need a couple of things done to this logo.

1. I would like to get it converted into a vector file in one color only. Black with a transparent background. Remove all white from the logo so that is it black only on top of transparent file.
