Classified Ad Website Help Needed

What I need or require:

My project is a simple website link directory site I need done that is based off of http://openadultdirectory.com/escorts/. I am taking that same concept, but adding in a bit more functionality – similar to what you would find on backpage.com or craigslist.org. Another site that is a bit more involved but I like is http://www.gumtree.com/.

I have already purchased a commercial script that has a lot of features, but for this site, we won’t be utilizing too much of the script’s capabilities – most will need to be stripped out.

Although not a large amount of work, full site web design, CSS, slight backend admin modification and PHP/MySQL modifications are needed for this project. Logo has already been created. With regards to the overall design look and feel, I want a very minimal yet elegant and sexy design look if that makes sense. Although, I am still open to other possible design alternatives.

Specific expertise that I am seeking:

Ideal candidate would be experienced and knowledgable in XHTML, CSS, PHP programming, MySQL but yet has an eye and follow through for web and graphic design.

Timeframe for delivery:

I need to have this up and running within 3 weeks. I will provide detailed wireframes, script details and give test site information for review to those replys that are most-promising. You must have multiple positive reviews to be considered.

Wysiwyg Quick Mod

Php/mysql Modify Signup & Profile Page In Wordpress Site

There are two registration forms there. One for users to sign up for an account and one to submit houses to be listed.

I need to add custom fields to the signup of each page. The register-plus plugin will not work here because one of the signup forms is custom.

After adding the custom fields, they need to be echoed out in a number of places on the site such as the property listing page, the agent/author page, etc.

I will provide specific details to serious bidders.

I need someone to do the work, and then tell me what the new custom variables are in case I need to echo them out in other places afterwards.

Collect Visitor Information

I need a script that will collect the following information from a visitor to a specific page.

It will need to be collected and insterted into a MySQL database. From page 1 (where this info is collected) if the user proceeds to page 2 then the conversion will be inserted into the database, so a cookie will need to be passed or a variable posted, whichever works.
